During HN Early Access you can secure your piece by placing an order with a deposit. This gives our community priority access and helps us better understand demand before production begins.

How it works

• During Early Access you reserve your item by placing an order and paying a 50% deposit.
• After Early Access closes at 31-03-2026, we finalize production quantities based on demand.
• Once production begins, the remaining 50% balance will be charged before shipping.

Important

• In rare cases, if demand for a specific item is significantly lower than expected, we may decide not to produce that item.
• If this happens, your deposit will be fully refunded.

This applies to flagship pieces or orders with a value of €60 or more.

Early Access period

Early Access is open from Monday March 8, 2026 until the end of March 2026.

SHIPPING

We partner with PostNL to guarantee swift delivery of your order. Once your order is processed, shipping takes approximately 3–6 business days. A tracking link will be provided, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real time.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order to return an item, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept returns outside of this 14-day timeframe.
• The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We cannot accept returns for orders that did not arrive due to factors beyond our control, such as an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• There is no warranty for issues caused by washing the item, and any damage after washing is the customer's responsibility.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

1. Send your return request via the contact form, including the order number of the item you wish to return in the email subject.
   
   
2. Once return has been accepted. Ship it to Kea Boumanstraat 52, 5026 DG Tilburg. Ensure the item is well-packed and protected from potential damage during shipping.
   

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal. You will be notified by email with the details of the refund or exchange.
