Shipping & Returns
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to finding a suitable solution.
SHIPPING
We partner with PostNL to guarantee swift delivery of your order. Once your order is processed, shipping takes approximately 3–6 business days. A tracking link will be provided, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real time.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order to return an item, please ensure that the following requirements are met:
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept returns outside of this 14-day timeframe.
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We cannot accept returns for orders that did not arrive due to factors beyond our control, such as an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- There is no warranty for issues caused by washing the item, and any damage after washing is the customer's responsibility.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Send your return request via the contact form, including the order number of the item you wish to return in the email subject.
- Once return has been accepted. Ship it to Kea Boumanstraat 52, 5026 DG Tilburg. Ensure the item is well-packed and protected from potential damage during shipping.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal. You will be notified by email with the details of the refund or exchange.
Customers are required to cover the costs of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our end or the item is defective or incorrect (such as the wrong colour or model). Kindly note that delays caused by customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid grounds for initiating a return.
